As we roll into the new year and the second half of our season, I must update the entire league about some policy changes that have come down from SAIT.  

 

1. They have decided that anyone who is not double vaccinated is no longer allowed into their facilities. Therefore, all those who are testing in order to play, cannot play any games in 2022 in SAIT

 

2. For some reason, they have decided to shut the campus down completely until January 21. They will be re-evaluating whether or not they open up again closer to that date. What that means for us - I have rescheduled the 2 Sundays that are affected to the end of the schedule. If they do shut down further, I will have to do the same with any other games that may be affected. 

 

With the ever-changing rules the governments keep throwing at us with regards to Covid, we seem to be walking on eggshells to navigate what it all means for us.  I will keep everyone posted as any new developments happen.
